Women in Nexans celebrates "Balance for Better" – International Women's Day

Women of QICC gathered in the morning of March 7, 2019 to celebrate International Women's Day. What better way to celebrate it than to have a session packed with motivational topics and a workshop on how to prepare their own individual development plan! 

This year's theme for International Women's Day is "Balance for Better". 

Ms. Zahra Shikara of the Museum of Islamic Art gave a motivational speech to all QICC Women on how to pursue their dreams and live life to the fullest. After the motivational speech, there was an enlightening small group sharing that boosted the spirits of all participants. 

Women in Nexans is a professional community of women launched 1 year ago, March 8, 2018 to raise awareness about the importance of gender diversity from a business performance perspective as well as to launch HR initiatives both for building a pipeline of future women managers and improving well-being at work on Group level.
