Nexans manufactures a complete range of terminations, joints and pre-insulated crimp sleeves, insulating piercing connectors for Aerial Bundled Cables (ABC), a range of bolted or crimp connectors, connection cabinets and heat-shrinkable sleeves, caps and breakouts up to 1 kV. 

Suitable for up to 4-cores of PVC, XLPE and PILC insulated armored or unarmored low voltage cables up to 1 kV. The system provides excellent electrical insulation, good sealing and simple installation. Heat-shrinkable protective and insulating tubes are adhesive coated on their internal surfaces to prevent water penetration. Terminations and joints are supplied with the appropriate kits for earthing, armor continuity or mechanical protection.

A complete range of accessories for power cables consisting of cable end caps and breakouts, flexible medium and heavy wall tubes and cable repair sleeves with and without glass fiber reinforcement. These accessories combine their excellent electrical properties with an unlimited storage life and their extreme withstands to UV light.

Suitable for up to 4-cores of PVC, XLPE and PILC insulated armored or unarmored low voltage cables. This joint family comprises straight, branch and "T" joints. The casing is made of two shells of thermoplastic material which are filled with polyurethane or epoxy resin. On request, environmentally safe low voltage polyurethane resin can be supplied.

This range of accessories consists of insulation piercing connectors, insulated crimp sleeves, suspension and anchoring clamps. The insulated crimp sleeves for hexagonal crimping provide a quick, safe, permanent and sealed junction between insulated Al or Cu ABC cables. The insulation piercing connector with shear head bolts can be installed on live ABC cable networks and provides a waterproof tap-off. Also suitable for underground applications. The suspension and anchoring clamps are made of stainless steel with thermo-polymer components.

A range of compression lugs, splices and line taps together with various bolted connectors for earthing, tap-off and service connections for aluminum and copper conductors. Indoor and outdoor building connection and circuit breaker cabinets for low voltage distribution networks up to 400 A. Connectors for transformers, low voltage side, with insulated rubber shroud for horizontal or vertical cable entrance.
