WiN (Women in Nexans) launched alongside International Women's Day celebration in QICC

March 8, 2018 is International Women's Day! And there is no better way to celebrate it than with flowers. All QICC women received a red rose on Women's day with a QICC pen. Everybody posed with the IWD Posters with mission statement in Selfie Posters for IWD's theme this year, #PressforProgress.

In this same day, the WiN (Women in Nexans) campaign has also been launched. This campaign aims to promote an internal women network which constitutes a first significant action in terms of diversity.

Concretely speaking, WiN will be composed of women in all countries, and hopefully all units shortly. Representatives per region have already volunteered to actively participate in structuring and animating the network, under the sponsorship of Heike Sengstschmid, Corporate VP Industrial Operations, and supporting Fabien Gillen, VP Social Policies and project leader of the WiN initiative.
